Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Category Strategy : Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the jewellery category aligned with business goals, customer insights, and market trends. Assortment Planning : Define the category assortment plan and seasonal range; ensure a balanced mix of products across price points, occasions, and customer profiles. Vendor & Partner Management : Identify, onboard, and manage supplier relationships; drive product innovation and exclusivity through strong partnerships. Sales & Margin Management : Drive revenue growth, profitability, and sell-through by monitoring performance metrics, pricing strategies, and promotional plans. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination : Collaborate with planning and supply chain teams to manage stock levels, order cycles, and product lifecycle. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with design, visual merchandising, marketing, and retail teams to ensure cohesive brand presentation and consumer engagement. Market Intelligence : Continuously track trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to evolve the category offering and stay ahead in the market. Key Requirements : 5–8 years of relevant experience in category management, buying, or merchandising (preferably in jewellery/luxury/fashion retail). Strong analytical and commercial acumen with a proven track record in scaling product categories. Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and product development skills.
