Factory HR

You will be working as a Factory HR at Virtuoso Optoelectronics Limited, a company specializing in OEM / ODM manufacturing of Consumer Durable Appliances and Lighting industry. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Maintaining KYC of all the factory & office employees. - Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with corporate guidelines. - Daily time keeping & reporting. - Knowledge of factory Act, PF Act, welfare Act, etc. - Dealing with labour contractors, security services, housekeeping, etc. - Conducting regular plant visits to understand employee concerns and monitor working conditions. - Attending company audits by factory inspector & PF inspector. - Ability to organize and store all records on the computer for efficient working. - Reporting on a daily basis for the work done and pending tasks. - Conducting recruitment up to Engineer/ Executive level as required on Plant level. Your qualifications and skills should include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 8 to 10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. - Proven experience in managing labor relations and ensuring legal compliance. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. - Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, and independent worker. - Hardworking and meticulous with a positive attitude. - Able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
