We are seeking young professionals who have graduated from hotel management or catering institutes, who can looki after the day to day activities of our farm resort- contain one cottage in 3 acres land with swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court etc. This is located 60kms South of Bengaluru near Hosur, Tamilnadu. Strictly from hotel/ hospitality / catering industry . Job Responsibilities: Overall Management: Oversee Daily Operations Of The Resort, Ensuring Exceptional Guest Experiences And Maintaining High Standards Of Quality And Service. Staff Management: Manage staffs and Housekeeping, Supervise kitchen and staff to produce hygienic food. To Ensure Efficient Operations. Eligibility: Candidate should be qualified from Hotel Managemnt / Catering Institues. Candidate should live nearby and attend to guesr who will be coming from time to time through Air Bnb or directly. Gender Preference : Male preferable Age below 30, preferable bachelors. Experience Requirement : 2 Years of Experience Should know Hindi, Tamil and English Language. Location : Hosur. Farmstay in Kelamangalam, Tamil Nadu Working Hours : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday to Sunday (depeds upon the work) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
