• Oversee day-to-day functioning of the office premises including upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance
• Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping teams, security, and front-desk staff
• Manage seating arrangements, workspace allocations, and office moves
• Ensure adherence to Special Economic Zone (SEZ) rules, norms, and reporting requirements
• Coordinate with SEZ officials and maintain necessary documentation
• Track regulatory renewals (fire safety, AMC contracts, etc.)
• Manage service providers for utilities, IT infrastructure, HVAC, pantry, etc.
• Monitor SLAs, billing, and contract renewals with vendors
• Maintain inventory of office assets and consumables
• Assist in international and domestic travel bookings for employees and guests
• Coordinate visa documentation, ticketing, and accommodation when needed.
• Oversee fire safety, emergency preparedness drills, and workplace safety protocols
• Ensure security procedures are followed and regularly reviewed
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office/facilities administration
• Familiarity with SEZ office operations and compliance frameworks
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel reports, and facility tracking tools
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle confidential information
