- Identify key opportunity areas with client processes and lead projects to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Formulate improvement plans based on wastes & variations identified during analysis.
- Contribute and present in client reviews & meetings.
- Work closely with operations team to collect data and assess the current situation.
- Spread continuous improvement culture and drive culture of data based decision-making.
- Remove barriers to progress.
- Introduce different innovative concepts.
- Achieve Quality Savings and Productivity targets.
Knowledge/Qualifications/Experience:-
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce
- Exposure to F&A qualifications - CA inter, MBA Finance etc. is desirable.
- Candidates with FNA domain expertise with extensive work experience in Process Improvement/ Transformation / Automation / Lean Six Sigma Projects.
- Business acumen and strong result orientation.
- Proficiency in MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel.

- Zeal to work in a dynamic BPM environment and keen to acquire working knowledge of varied processes with different operational teams.

Qualifications
- Responsible for designing, leading, and executing large scale, and cross-functional digital transformation programs to deliver significant and measurable improvements in Finance business processes- Source to Pay, Quote to Cash, Record to Report and FP&A.
- Closely work with leaders across interdisciplinary functions (such as IT, HR, Finance, F&A Capability, Research & Analytics etc ) and apply data-driven approach to identify and prioritize strategic projects/ programs. Make Go/ No Go recommendations to executive leadership team to enable decision making.
- Manage programs activities including but not limited to scope, financials (e.g., business case, budget), resourcing (e.g., FTE, roles and responsibilities, utilization), timeline and tollgates and risks.
- Drive effective governance, tracking, communication, and overall change management to ensure effective execution of projects
- Transformation initiatives will include leading thought leadership around breakthrough approaches through collaboration, change management, innovation, and adoption/ implementation of Integrated tools for successful business transformation initiatives with significant value creation is achieved at enterprise level in terms of ROI driven Business outcomes
- Own and deliver contractual commitments; targets defined as per BU strategy on transformation
- Exposure to RPA technologies, Hyper-automation, Data Visualization, AI and Analytics and Lean Six Sigma
