It helps clients holistically transform enterprise cost structures in accordance with corporate strategy by re-allocating spend from commodity capabilities toward differentiating capabilities. Key capabilities include cost baselining and analytics, benchmarking, opportunity identification, value realization strategies, process optimization, functional transformation (e.g., SG&A, Finance, HR, etc. functions), enterprise operating model design, and more. As part of the team, you’ll collaborate with experienced consultants and industry professionals to help clients address complex business challenges. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support requirement gathering efforts to capture business needs and translate them into clear, structured functional and technical specifications
- Assist in creating financial and operational business cases to quantify transformation impact and validate strategic investments
- Conduct primary and secondary research to understand industry trends, client challenges, and emerging technology opportunities
- Perform diagnostic assessments and data analysis to identify process inefficiencies, cost levers, and opportunities for digital enablement
- Contribute to the design, testing, and rollout of AI-driven tools, automation workflows, and data or analytics platforms that address client challenges
- Gain understanding of how cloud architectures, APIs, and data platforms support digital transformation at scale
- Work closely with Managers and global client teams to prepare presentations, data-backed recommendations, and project documentation

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / PGDM from a premier/ tier 1 B-School
- 2 - 4 years post MBA relevant experience in strategy consulting with expertise in large scale transformations (Growth Strategy, Business Model Reinvention, Enterprise Digital Value Transformation, ERP), business strategy, business value acceleration, enterprise-level growth
- Exposure to a multinational environment will be an added bonus
