We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong background in Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring for roles across manufacturing, engineering, sales, operations, and corporate functions. Candidates with experience exclusively in IT or BFSI recruitment will not be considered
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions (junior to mid-level roles).
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct headhunting.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and joining formalities.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment .
Proven hiring experience for industries like Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Engineering, FMCG, Pharma, or Industrial sectors. (NOT FROM ANY BFSI OR IT)
Strong sourcing skills using job portals and LinkedIn.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment metrics.
