Job Description

  • Handle

    end-to-end US IT recruitment

    for W2 / C2C / 1099 requirements
  • Work on

    Direct Client & Tier-1 vendor

    positions
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates using

    job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

  • Strong experience in

    Manufacturing, Semiconductor, BFSI, Healthcare, or IT domains

  • Understand and work on

    complex and niche technical requirements

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and sales teams for requirement clarity
  • Negotiate

    rates, salary, and onboarding timelines

  • Manage

    interview scheduling, follow-ups, feedback, and closures

  • Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure

    quick turnaround time (TAT)

  • Ensure compliance with

    US hiring policies and documentation

  • Mentor junior recruiters and support team targets (for senior levels)

Key Skills Required

  • 25 years of

    US IT recruitment experience

  • Hands-on experience with

    W2 hiring

    (mandatory)
  • Excellent

    communication & negotiation skills

  • Strong knowledge of

    US visa types

    (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)

Preferred candidate profile

  • 25 years

    of proven experience in

    US IT recruitment

  • Strong hands-on experience with

    Direct Client & Tier-1 vendor

    requirements
  • Mandatory experience working on

    W2 hiring

    (C2C knowledge is an added advantage)
  • Excellent understanding of

    US IT technologies

    and niche skill hiring
  • Experience recruiting for

    Manufacturing, Semiconductor, BFSI, Healthcare, or IT domains

    preferred
  • Strong knowledge of

    US work authorizations & visa types

    (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.)
  • Proven ability to close positions with

    quick turnaround time (TAT)

  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working in

    target-driven and fast-paced environments

  • Ability to mentor junior recruiters and work independently
  • Willingness to work in

    onsite / work-from-office

    setup
  • Flexible with

    US shift timings
