Role: Executive Recruitments

Location: Noida [Sector 63] Ghaziabad

Exp 2+ Years

Key Job Responsibilities:

Designing and Implementation of the overall Recruitment Cycle per clients and business requirements.

Source and screen CVs from Job Portals

4. preliminary Telephonic/ VC Call Interviews and resource screenings as per JD’s and given requirements.

6. End to End recruitment from requirement gathering, screening, and shortlisting, interviewing and on-boarding.

10. Good Knowledge on application of Job Portals/ Job Boards like Naukri, Monster, Shine and international job Portal+

11.

12. Good Communication and Interpersonal skills (Written & Verbal)

Preferred candidate profile:

One + Year of Exp. desired
Smart working & dedication
will be the best fit for this opening.
Good Communication and Interpersonal skill with basic IT knowledge.
Well versed with job Portals and social media: LinkedIn
