Backed by industry expertise and deeply rooted in India’s design ecosystem, we’re now building our core team – We're looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media

The Operations & BD Executive will be the central coordinator who ensures that every function of brand onboarding and related tech operations runs smoothly and efficiently. This role combines process management, data coordination, and execution support across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate is confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. Should be organized, tech-comfortable, proactive, and thrive on structure, clarity, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Onboarding & Catalogue Operations

• Coordinate with brand partners and internal teams for product data collection (catalogues, SKUs, images, specifications).
• Verify and organize brand data into the uploadable format compatible with the platform (Materialogue).
• Liaise with outsourced tech teams to ensure timely and accurate data uploads.
• Maintain a master tracker of brand onboarding status, ensuring deadlines are met.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the link between business, marketing, and tech teams.
• Manage operational checklists, follow up on open tasks, and ensure smooth internal communication.

3. Reporting & Data Management

• Create and maintain dashboards for brand onboarding progress and campaign metrics.
• Consolidate data from different functions (sales, marketing, onboarding) for management reports.
• Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and propose simple, scalable solutions.

4. Vendor & Outsourcing Coordination

• Track deliverables and timelines for outsourced tech and design vendors.
• Ensure documentation and approvals are completed before releases or updates.

5. Administrative & Documentation Support

• Maintain organized repositories of documents (NDAs, MOUs, content approvals, etc.).
• Assist with SOP creation and internal process documentation for repeatability.

Must-Have Skills:

Technical & Operational Skills

• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or Excel.
• Comfortable with CRM or project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, HubSpot, or similar).
• Basic understanding of SaaS/digital platforms (comfortable with tech workflows).
• Data management and documentation excellence.

Organizational & Soft Skills

• Highly detail-oriented, methodical, and process-driven.
• Excellent communication and follow-up discipline.
• Strong time management and multitasking ability.
• Proactive problem solver with a “get-things-done” mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with minimal supervision.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in interior materials, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms.
• Understanding of catalog management systems or product databases.
• Basic analytics or dashboard creation (Google Data Studio / Sheets automation).
• Exposure to working with tech or UI/UX teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Engineering
• 1-3 years in the e-commerce and onboarding industry
• Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
