To excel in this position, you should have 0-3 years of design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma/Canva, and video editing tools. Experience in short-form video editing, familiarity with AI design tools, and a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling are also desired qualities. A degree or pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, and the ability to work on-site in Mumbai is required.
