Executive HRBP

As an Executive HRBP at Sagility, your role involves collaborating with HRBPs to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing guidance to business units on HR matters, and supporting employee relations. Your responsibilities include: - Assisting HRBPs in building relationships with business leaders to understand objectives and HR needs - Aligning HR strategies with business unit goals and strategic direction - Serving as a point of contact for business units on HR-related matters - Addressing employee concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary - Supporting investigations into employee grievances and conflicts - Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits - Implementing employee engagement initiatives - Collaborating to develop a positive work culture - Communicating HR programs, policies, and changes to employees - Conducting investigations and resolving employee relations issues - Providing support on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations - Staying updated on employment laws and regulations for compliance and risk mitigation Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred) - 0 to 1 year of experience in a relevant field Mandatory skills for this position: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally - Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations - Strong project management and organizational skills Preferred skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills - Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making - Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications Location: BLR, Surya Wave Building, India,
