Unit - Human Resource Business Partner

Grades - E1/E2

Location Bangalore

Role: The incumbent in this role will be responsible for handling complete employee lifecycle, from induction through to exit of an employee. The business partner leads and manages the people management related agenda with the internal stakeholders and employees.

Your key responsibilities include:

Working in collaboration with the team to maintain an in-depth understanding of

HR systems, processes, policies, and practices.

Working along with Business leaders and supporting HR related activities

partnering with the business.

Partner with team in the implementation of the strategic HR Plan, projects and

initiatives that add value to both our business and employees.

Assisting day-to-day HR activities, including employee onboarding, offboarding

and providing support in handling employee relations matters, conflict

resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

To promote the use of HR systems policies and processes, challenging

appropriately as necessary.

Ensure reward and recognition programs. Handle performance improvement plan.

Actively identify gaps, proposes, and implement changes necessary to cover

risks.

Drive events and activities aimed at developing an employee friendly culture thereby increasing employee motivation.

Visit other office locations quarterly outside of Bangalore.

To excel in this role, you need:

Proficiency in HRIS (human resources information systems, preferred Zoho) and other HR software.

A solid understanding of HR best practices and policies Good work experience in MS office and advance excel. Being a company culture and employee experience champion
