  • India payroll processing knowledge.
  • Experience in handling payroll transition.
  • Knowledge of Provident fund, Income tax, Professional Tax, ESIC, Labour Welfare fund, Labour Law.
  • Good communication skill written and verbal.
  • Team handling experience.
  • Able to manage the client & team independently.
  • Good knowledge of excel
  • Email usage-preferably MS Outlook
  • Handle Salary Taxation queries independently.
  • Able to do the Planning of own work and team work on daily basis.
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in India payroll processing
Secondary
  • Multi tasking capability required
