Creating and maintaining a list of new manpower sourcing units and colleges for recruitment.

Onboarding & Induction:

HR Documentation:

Payroll Management:

Statutory Compliance:

Leave & Attendance Management:

Advance & Reimbursements:

Travel Allowances:

Asset Management:

Vendor Compliance & Payments:

Employee Engagement & Events: Organizing Reward & Recognition (R&R) programs.

Making arrangements for birthday celebrations and other employee engagement activities.

Coordinating training programs and ensuring smooth execution.

ISO & IATF Documentation: Ensuring proper maintenance and compliance of HR-related ISO and IATF documents.

Communication & Employee Relations: Maintaining effective communication with employees and senior management to address concerns and foster a positive work environment.

Yearly Responsibilities:

Bonus & Leave Settlement:
Annual Appraisals:
Yearly return submissions

HR Policy Review & Updates:

Workforce Planning & Budgeting

Compliance & Audit Preparation:

Team Building & Annual Events:
