Job Description

The Executive – Finance & Accounts will independently manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial documentation, reconciliations, statutory compliance support, and month-end reporting activities. The role requires strong command over accounting fundamentals, Tally/ERP operations, GST/TDS support, and accurate daily bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting in Tally/ERP: journals, ledgers, reconciliations • Maintain accurate books of accounts as per accounting standards • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable • Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank and ledger reconciliations • Prepare invoices and maintain billing trackers • Process vendor payments, petty cash, reimbursements • Support GST workings, TDS computation, and compliance coordination • Prepare provisions, accruals, depreciation schedules, and journal entries • Assist with month-end closing and MIS reports • Maintain documentation for all transactions • Support internal and statutory audits
