Job Description

Role Overview As an Executive - Export Sales Office, you will be the handle export sales operations for specific countries, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, sales teams, and internal departments. Your focus will be on managing documentation, client communication, and backend processes to drive efficiency in global trade workflows. Key Responsibilities Sales Coordination & Support:Prepare and manage sales documentation (quotations, invoices, proforma invoices).Address client inquiries related to orders, pricing, and delivery timelines.Coordinate with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. CRM & Data Management:Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).Track order statuses and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Client Relationship Management:Draft professional emails, negotiate terms, and resolve post-sales queries.Build long-term relationships with international clients through consistent follow-ups. Reporting & Analysis:Generate weekly/monthly reports on order statuses, client feedback, and sales pipeline.Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements. Skills:Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and email communication.Exceptional written and verbal English skills.Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
