Job Description

Role Overview: As the Lead TQM at JJ Plastalloy, your primary role will be to work closely with the CEO in creating, governing, and institutionalizing systems that promote operational excellence throughout the organization. Your focus will not only be on designing efficient systems but also on ensuring their implementation across all departments, fostering a culture where adherence to systems becomes ingrained in daily operations. Key Responsibilities: - Design an enterprise-wide TQM framework for JJ Plastalloy, incorporating standard processes and documentation. - Establish tiered governance mechanisms for monitoring performance at plant, functional, and CEO levels. - Develop and manage KPI dashboards to provide clear visibility to the CEO and leadership team. - Collaborate with departments to ensure ownership of systems, fostering a culture where processes are followed without external pressure. - Take the lead on supplier quality systems, including qualification, audits, and performance monitoring. - Set up customer complaint and feedback loops with structured corrective and preventive actions. - Continuously review, streamline, and optimize business processes across all departments to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. - Promote adoption of compliance standards and ensure continuous compliance across all sites. - Embed Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen practices as permanent systems within the organization, moving away from one-off projects. - Provide training and coaching to managers to foster a culture of system thinking and accountability. Qualification Required: - Proven expertise in TQM and system design within manufacturing organizations. - Strong governance mindset with the ability to create monitoring, escalation, and accountability mechanisms. - Track record of driving culture change and ensuring system adoption across various functions. - Demonstrated proficiency in owning and delivering digital initiatives, as well as promoting IoT and Industry 4.0 adoption for enhanced efficiency and data-driven decision-making. - Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or Kaizen methodologies. - Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI design and reporting. - Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive change across leadership and shopfloor.
