The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative, analytical, and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer. The role involves managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating key business activities, preparing reports and presentations, and facilitating communication across departments. This position offers a unique opportunity for a fresh MBA to gain exposure to top-level decision-making, strategic initiatives, and overall business management.

Key Responsibilities:1. Executive Support

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and ensure follow-up on key action items.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and communication with discretion.

2. Business Coordination

  • Liaise between the CEO and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Track progress on company initiatives and prepare status reports for leadership reviews.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment on key priorities.

3. Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing business presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Analyze data from departments and prepare summaries or recommendations for the CEO.

4. Communication & Representation

  • Draft professional correspondence, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Represent the CEO’s office professionally in all interactions with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times.

5. Special Projects

  • Support in planning and execution of key business initiatives or events.
  • Participate in strategic projects as assigned by the CEO (e.g., process improvement, business expansion, performance tracking).

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to interpret business data.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Education: MBA (preferably in General Management, Strategy, or Operations).
  • Experience: 0–2 years (fresh MBA graduates are encouraged to apply).
