Job Description

As an Executive Assistant in our company, your role will involve providing administrative support to senior management. This includes managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling documentation. You will be responsible for following up consistently and efficiently on delegated tasks and pending actions. In addition, you will be preparing reports, managing data, and maintaining records using MS Office tools, with a focus on Excel and Word. Coordinating communication between departments and external stakeholders will also be part of your responsibilities. It is crucial to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all business matters. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and documentation. - Perform consistent and efficient follow-ups on delegated tasks and pending actions. - Prepare reports, manage data, and maintain records using MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word. - Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders as needed. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all business matters. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is a must. - Excellent follow-up and organizational skills. Our company is looking for a candidate who is a married female, although it is not a strict requirement. This position is full-time and requires working day shifts. The work location is in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, and the ability to commute or relocate to the area is preferred. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant. Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is preferred for effective communication.,
