Client Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities: Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met. Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service. Always get honest feedback from them. Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment. Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients. Give or support the participants/client about company products or services. Acting as a point of contract for complaints and escalating issues to the concern. Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and trust. Requirements: Should have Bachelor’s Degree . Female candidates only. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Thorough Knowledge of products/services. 1+ years of experience in client relations, or similar roles. Must possess a polite and customer-friendly demeanor in all interactions. Strong ability to conduct consistent and result-oriented follow-ups.
