About the Role:

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and client-oriented Client Relationship Manager (Female) to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and strong command of English.
Your main responsibility will be to coordinate and schedule Zoom meetings between clients and our Wealth Managers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients over phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule and manage Zoom meetings with clients and Wealth Managers.
• Maintain an accurate record of client interactions and appointments.
• Provide meeting updates and coordination support to the internal team.
• Ensure every client feels valued through clear, courteous, and proactive communication.
• Follow up with clients post-meeting for feedback or documentation, if required.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: 1–2 years in client coordination, relationship management, or telecalling preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

• Languages: Excellent spoken and written English & Hindi.
• Personality: Friendly, confident, and comfortable on Zoom/video calls.
• Skills:

• Basic computer and email handling proficiency
• Ability to multitask and manage client schedules efficiently

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 4th Saturday: Off
