Job Description:
We are looking for a CRM Executive for a residential facility who will manage resident relations, handle complaints, and ensure smooth coordination between residents and facility teams. The candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills with prior experience in residential property management or facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the single point of contact for residents.
Handle complaints, service requests, and feedback promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for issue resolution.
Maintain records of resident communications and service requests.
Prepare and share daily/monthly MIS reports with the management.
Manage move-in/move-out processes and update resident data.
Support in community engagement activities and resident meetings.
Ensure high standards of resident satisfaction and service quality.

Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
Experience in handling residents/customers in a facility or real estate setup.
