Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and client calls to ensure consistent communication and engagement.
• Maintain a strong professional image and represent the organization with integrity and credibility.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner banks, ensuring timely updates and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver quality service.
• Identify new relationship-building opportunities to expand business connections.
• Prepare and maintain reports on client communications, feedback, and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building ability and client-handling experience.
• Professional, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
