Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager based in Patna. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding client needs, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role also includes identifying opportunities for client growth, resolving any issues or concerns, and acting as the primary point of contact for all client interactions. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality services and customer satisfaction is integral to this position.

• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address client concerns effectively
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts
• Experience in sales or customer success is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare or marketing industries is advantageous
