Client Relationship Manager

Client Relationship Manager (CRM) Location: Pune | Experience: 1–3 Years

We are seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary bridge between our organization and our valued clients. This is not a traditional support role; we are looking for a strategic partner who takes full ownership of the client lifecycle and focuses on long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Management: Foster deep trust and maintain high-retention partnerships.
2. Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and resolve potential friction points before they escalate.
3. Strategic Ownership: Drive client success initiatives independently without needing step-by-step instructions.

• A Pune-based professional with 1–3 years of experience in client-facing roles.
• Detail-oriented with a strong bias for action.
• Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
• Experience in client management, customer service, or a similar role
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a client-focused mindset
• Project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Previous experience in the financial or investing industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
