Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Relationship Manager. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client queries and concerns. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring client accounts, managing communication strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. The role also involves analyzing client feedback and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience.

Experience in customer service, client support, and account management.
