PropEquity adds approximately 500 projects every month, providing a premier Business Intelligence product in India's Realty space. Our data-backed product enables users to make informed investment decisions based on real-time data, helping clients identify market trends and maximize returns. Our clientele includes leading real estate private equity firms, top developers, and BFSI managing assets worth over USD 5 billion in India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Gurgaon and Mumbai. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in the development and execution of business strategies. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Lead Generation Ability to build and maintain client relationships Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in the real estate or research consulting industry is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
