Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Present our comprehensive product catalogue (e.g., curtains, blinds, upholstery fabrics, carpets, wallpapers, decor items) in an engaging and informative manner. Understand client preferences, design aesthetics, budget, and specific home furnishing requirements through active listening and effective questioning. Offer expert advice and recommendations on product selection, color schemes, textures, and designs to match the client's vision and home decor. Measurement & Quotation: Accurately take measurements of windows, walls, and other areas requiring home furnishing solutions. Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on chosen products, measurements, and any customization requests. Clearly explain pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines to clients. Sales Closing & Follow-up: Employ persuasive sales techniques to convince clients of the value and benefits of our products and services. Address client objections effectively and professionally. Negotiate terms where appropriate to secure sales orders. Ensure all necessary paperwork for sales closure is completed accurately and efficiently. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business or referrals. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, interior designers, architects, and other potential referral sources. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and beyond. Travel & Responsibility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory daily to meet clients. Take ownership of individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals. Manage time effectively to maximize client visits and sales productivity.
