Warehouse Manager Position: Warehouse Manager Location: Pandesara GIDC, Surat Company- Hariom Zarilon Pvt Ltd About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory and stock management for our trading and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will not only manage day-to-day warehouse activities but also bring in analytical insights, apply ERP/tech tools, and help optimize stock policies to support overall business efficiency. Key Responsibilities• . Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations including receiving, storing, dispatching, and stock reconciliation. . Ensure accurate inventory control through ERP systems and technology-driven processes. Implement and monitor stock management practices such as reorder levels, MOQ (minimum order quantity), lead time, and safety stock Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure effective fund utilization and minimize working capital blockage in inventory. Develop and implement stock policies that improve efficiency and reduce holding costs. Adapt strategies to manage inventory in both trading and manufacturing environments. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of physical stock vs. system records. Lead, train, and guide a team of 5–10 warehouse staff on best practices in stock handling and ERP usage. Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Supply Chain, or related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in warehouse and inventory management. Prior experience in leading a team of 5–10 people. Strong understanding of ERP systems and technology in inventory management.
