Role Summary: The Store & Dispatch Incharge is responsible for managing all inward and outward material movement, maintaining accurate inventory records, organising the store, and ensuring timely and error-free dispatches. This role is critical for keeping the production floor supplied and ensuring finished goods reach customers on time. Key Responsibilities:1. Inward Coordination Receive and check inward goods for quality and quantity. Prepare Goods Inward Vouchers (GIV) accurately. Arrange and supervise unloading of goods. Update stock records for all inward materials. 2. Outward Coordination Match Sale Orders (SO) with available material. Ensure produced material is packed, measured, and ready for dispatch.
