Telecaller – Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Actively work on IndiaMART, Justdial, and other B2B portals to find potential customers.
• Follow up with leads, understand customer requirements, and pitch company products/services.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel sheets.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly targets.
• Share quotations, product details, and company profile with interested clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Report daily/weekly performance to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development.
• Strong working knowledge of IndiaMART and Justdial portals (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Ability to convince and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic internet research.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
