In this role, you will be responsible for managing online portals such as IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, and other platforms. Your key responsibilities will include responding to buyer inquiries, sharing quotations, and following up regularly to convert leads into confirmed sales orders. It will be essential to quickly learn and confidently explain our product range, as well as maintain daily MIS reports of calls, leads, and sales. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in IndiaMART or online B2B portal sales. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English are required, along with strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
