Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client communications, and closing deals for the IT services provided by Taksh IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales on freelance platforms, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with IT/software products. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and connect with potential clients on freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others. - Prepare and share tailored proposals based on client requirements. - Conduct effective client meetings online to showcase Taksh IT Solutions services. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals. - Maintain a CRM or tracking system for leads, prospects, and sales pipeline. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/software sales, preferably on freelance platforms. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of software development, IT services, and emerging technologies like blockchain, NFT, DeFi is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
