We are expanding our sales team to reach clients globally and need a skilled sales professional to handle business development on freelance platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced sales executive to generate leads, manage client communications, and close deals for our IT services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales on freelance platforms, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with IT/software products.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms.
• Prepare and share proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Conduct client meetings (online) and present Taksh IT Solutions services effectively.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
• Maintain CRM or tracking system for leads, prospects, and sales pipeline.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/software sales, preferably on freelance platforms.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of software development, IT services, and emerging technologies like blockchain, NFT, DeFi is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
