Job role - Executive Assistant to the School Founder
Location - Noida, Sector 135
Reporting to - School Founder
Working Hours - 9AM to 6:30 PM (9 AM-3 PM in School, then WFH | Flexibility required as per work)
Working Days - Monday to Friday ( 1st Saturday working)
Salary - Competitive as per experience.
Type - Contractual (6 months - will be converted basis requirement and potential)

This hiring is for Banyan Earth School which is Waldorf-inspired educational space that nurtures creativity, independence, and emotional intelligence in children. We are committed to conscious, child-centric learning rooted in holistic values.

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized female Executive Assistant to support the Founder of school. The ideal candidate must be proactive, efficient, and capable of managing administrative duties with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
• Must be comfortable travelling with the Founder(Female) as required.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence and communication.
• Coordinate school events, meetings with parents, and follow-ups.
• Maintain records, reports, and confidential files.
• Handle travel arrangements and expense tracking.
• Assist in overseeing school operations and special projects.

What we're looking for :

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Skilled in handling challenging parent interactions with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, email, online scheduling tools).
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Prior experience in education/admin is a plus, but we are open to candidates who are competitive and skilled.
