Designation: Process Co ordination Work Location: Andheri, Marol. Reporting To: MDO Coordinate tasks with all departments to ensure timely completion. Follow up regularly with team members to track task progress and resolve any issues. Send reminders to teams and individuals to prevent delays and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain records of any delays, troubleshoot, and take action to minimize disruptions. Reporting to MDO department by addressing their inquiries promptly. Ensure smooth workflow and communication across all departments. Following Sales FMS (sales order dispatch process), Purchase FMS, Accounts FMS, CRM work, Inventory monitoring sheet, Preventive maintenance Checklist, Inward and Outward Security Factory Reports, Monitoring Purchase and Sales process, maintaining daily Office and Factory Reports, Maintaining all works checklist of process. Liaise with all departments to align processes and ensure smooth integration of services or products. Evaluate and report on process performance metrics to senior management, recommending adjustments as necessary. Assist in creating new and revised SOPs. Track and prepare data and reports on key operation standards for supply. Qualifications: Any bachelor’s degree. Experience: 1-to-3-year experience in process coordination or a similar role. Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Should have strong follow-up skills Good in MS office, Advance Excel. Attention to detail, ability to multitask. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically found in an Executive. Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events for the executive. Communication Handling: Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD Document Preparation: Draft, review, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
