Job Description

Industry & Sector:

A fast-growing SaaS provider in Cloud Communications and Customer Experience / Contact Center technology serving global clients with cloud contact-center, voice AI and omnichannel support solutions. We are hiring an on-site Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in India.

Standardized Title:

Executive AssistantRole & Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars and inboxes for senior executives—prioritise requests, schedule cross-timezone meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, prepare detailed itineraries, and handle visa and expense submissions.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials: briefings, slide decks, reports, and meeting agendas; conduct pre-meeting research and post-meeting follow-ups.
  • Serve as a professional gatekeeper and liaison—triage communications, escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders, and maintain strong internal relationships across teams.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion; maintain executive files, contract records, and sensitive correspondence securely.
  • Manage office and event logistics for leadership-driven programs, board or investor meetings, and onsite executive events.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Proven experience supporting C-level or senior leadership in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in calendar management and meeting facilitation for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel focused).
  • Experience with travel coordination and expense management tools (Concur or equivalent).
  • Track record of handling confidential materials and exercising strong discretion.
  • Strong presentation preparation skills and ability to synthesise complex information into concise executive briefs.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in contact center, cloud communications, or customer-experience SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with CRM and collaboration platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or prior exposure to investor relations or board support activities.
