About the Role We are looking for a Project Coordination & Documentation Assistant to join our Guwahati office. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both written and verbal instructions . You will act as a key link between our Delhi design office and the Guwahati technical team , ensuring that instructions, updates, and project documentation flow smoothly and are tracked properly. Key Responsibilities Process Voice Notes: Listen to daily voice messages from senior team members, transcribe them into clear written instructions, and format them professionally. Task Circulation: Share these instructions with the relevant team members and ensure they acknowledge receipt. Meeting Documentation: Prepare concise minutes of meetings (online or in-person) and circulate them within hours. Follow-Up: Track pending tasks and update project status sheets regularly. Coordination Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and liaising between teams in Delhi and Guwahati. Version Control: Maintain records of drawing revisions and ensure the latest versions are being used. Vendor & Data Coordination: Occasionally assist in compiling vendor information, material data sheets, and reference files. Skills & Qualities Were Looking For Very good written and spoken English and Hindi. The Design Coordinator will act as the first line of communication between clients and the design team for high-end residential and hospitality projects. The role ensures that all client queries are received, clarified, documented, and responded to in a structured manner, protecting designer bandwidth while improving client responsiveness. Key Responsibilities: Participate in client WhatsApp groups as the official point of coordination. Log, prioritize, and consolidate client queries into structured formats.
