Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the coordination and management bridge between clients, vendors, site teams, and our internal design studio.
This role is crucial for protecting the creative and technical bandwidth of the studio team enabling designers and technical specialists to focus on their core work while the Project Manager handles organization, handles communication, organizing project delivery, and keeping track of overall progress.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary coordination point between clients, contractors, vendors, and the internal design studio team.
2. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using structured planning and Deliverables.
3. Organize and using by documentation and planning organizing document project requirements clearly, ensuring all inputs are captured and reviewed by the respective team leads or designers.
4. Prepare and maintain project planners, schedules, and progress trackers for all ongoing work.
5. Handle client and site communications with professionalism and maturity, ensuring prompt and clear responses across calls, messages, and emails.
6. Maintain organized documentation and structured workflows, ensuring smooth coordination among all project stakeholders.
7. Support the design team by filtering and structuring incoming information, allowing them to focus on creative and technical problem-solving.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including project management or coordination within design, architecture, Interiors or construction team.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design project workflows.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Professional maturity and ability to represent the studio confidently with clients.
• Promptness and reliability in communication across calls, messages, and emails.
• Comfortable using scheduling tools, planners, and documentation systems.
• Positive attitude toward teamwork and structured problem-solving.
• Structured, reliable, and proactive in managing deadlines and follow-ups.
• Prefers to enable and support others in the design studio and being the valuable member of the team. e & responsibilities
