Position Objective:
To provide high-level executive and administrative support to Mr. Sanket Patel, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, communications, and strategic tasks, enabling him to focus on leadership, growth, and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
• Manage and coordinate the CMD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
• Screen and prioritize emails, calls, documents, and requests.
• Track action items, follow-ups, and deadlines across business verticals.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Business Coordination
• Liaise with business heads and teams across companies to ensure timely execution of CMD’s directives.
• Collate data, business reports, and MIS updates from all group entities.
• Act as the CMD’s point of contact for key clients, partners, government officials, and vendors.
• Support in preparation for board meetings, investor interactions, and key negotiations.
Project Management
• Track special projects led by the CMD across functions – manufacturing, R&D, marketing, trade, and CSR.
• Prepare project status dashboards and highlight critical dependencies.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams for key documentation and approvals.
Personal Assistance
• Handle some personal coordination such as family events, travel, and schedule planning.
• Arrange and manage documentation, memberships, and correspondence.

Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration / Commerce / Communication.
• EA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
• 5–10 years of experience supporting CXO-level executives, preferably in industrial or manufacturing businesses.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and high-pressure schedules.
Skills:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar/email tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
• High energy, attention to detail, and solution-oriented approach.
