Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant at AB Design, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Principal Designer and studio team. Your key responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling email/phone correspondence, preparing presentations, proposals, and reports, maintaining organized records and design documentation, supporting studio operations, handling travel arrangements, calendar management, and event coordination. Your proactive approach will ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the studio by anticipating needs and problem-solving efficiently.
