Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, self-regulated, and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be an efficient communicator, people-friendly, punctual, and disciplined, with the ability to strictly execute plans while fostering teamwork across departments. This role requires discretion, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and punctuality

Ensure timely execution and follow-up of tasks, action points, and deadlines assigned by the CEO

Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, presentations, emails, and official correspondence

Coordinate cross-functional communication and ensure alignment between teams and leadership

Monitor priorities and proactively flag urgent matters requiring the CEO’s attention

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion

Support meeting preparation, including agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-ups

Assist in planning and coordinating internal meetings, events, and offsites

Track project timelines and ensure accountability across teams

Serve as a disciplined executor, ensuring systems, processes, and protocols are followed

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, acting as a team builder and culture ambassador

Assist in onboarding coordination and internal communication where required

Handle administrative tasks efficiently to allow the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives
