Job title: Executive Assistant – Interior Design Studio

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Principal Designer and studio team.
• Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle email/phone correspondence.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports as needed.
• Maintain organized records, contracts, and design documentation.
• Support studio operations such as procurement, invoicing, and office management.
• Handle travel arrangements, calendar management, and event coordination.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the studio by anticipating needs and problem-solving proactively.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced creative environment.
• A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-driven mindset.
