Exclusive Walk in | Leading Private Sector Bank is hiring | Talent Acquisition | 29th March 25, Saturday Position- Talent Acquisition Location- Ahmedabad Interview Date - 29th March 25, Saturday Interview Time: 11 AM Ahemdabad Branch Address : Quess Corp LTD 203, Raindrops Complex, Beside Ratnam complex, Opposite YES Bank, C G Road Ahmedabad 380009 Roles & Responsibilities- * Need to take care of frontline sales hiring for Banks retail asset vertical and to assure 100% manning penetration throughout the year * Build a pipeline of talent to fill future openings through self-sourcing and other sourcing channel * Facilitate internal hiring processes like referrals and other campaigns * Coordinating with various stakeholders & departments for scheduling interviews * Achieve staffing recruitment by evaluating and recruiting the candidates as per the given business mandates and well versed of Bulk Hiring candidates from BFSI/NBFC industry * Attract talent by placing job advertisements through various hiring sources and through Job Portals & Social Media * Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it develop job postings, job descriptions and position requirement * Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment norms & policy. * Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to on boarding. * Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and schedule interviews. * Analyse MIS reports to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement. * Ensure timely completion of all recruitment operations within budget constraints. * Conduct background verifications, generate offers, and manage joining formalities for new hires. Desired Candidate Profile- 0-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (recruitment operations). Strong understanding of HR coordination, recruitment management, and talent management principles. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with expertise in Pivot Tables and V LOOKUP functions.
