Own the experience engine behind SaaSNova’s global GTM presence. As we scale across AWS ecosystems and SaaS founder communities, we’re looking for an Event Marketing Manager who can design high‑impact events, orchestrate flawless execution, and turn every touchpoint into measurable GTM momentum.

As Event Marketing Manager, you will own the full event lifecycle — from strategy and planning to execution and post‑event GTM impact — across AWS ecosystem engagements, founder events, NovaX program activations, and global SaaS community touchpoints.

This is a high‑visibility role working directly with the Founder.

🔹 What You Will Own1️⃣ Event Strategy & GTM Alignment

• Build the annual event strategy aligned to SaaSNova’s GTM priorities.
• Identify high‑ROI AWS, SaaS, and founder‑focused events across regions.
• Map event goals to pipeline, partner engagement, and brand visibility.

2️⃣ Event Planning & End‑to‑End Execution

• Own logistics, vendor coordination, venue selection, and run‑of‑show.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and cross‑functional workflows.
• Deliver premium, founder‑authentic event experiences.

3️⃣ AWS Ecosystem Events & Co‑Sell Engagements

• Plan and execute AWS‑aligned events, workshops, and partner activations.
• Coordinate with AWS teams for sponsorships, speaking slots, and joint sessions.
• Support Marketplace, Partner Central, and ACE motions with event presence.
• Ensure all events reflect AWS GTM expectations and co‑sell readiness.

4️⃣ NovaX & Program‑Driven Events

• Lead event experiences for NovaX cohorts, founder roundtables, and GTM intensives.
• Build repeatable event frameworks that scale across cities and regions.
• Reinforce SaaSNova’s GTM acceleration value through every program event.

5️⃣ Field Marketing & Partner Events

• Support ISV partner events, launches, and GTM roadshows.
• Build co‑branded event assets and messaging with GTM teams.
• Strengthen partner relationships through high‑touch, high‑impact experiences.

6️⃣ Event Promotion & Audience Growth

• Drive pre‑event and post‑event marketing across email, social, and partner channels.
• Build targeted attendee lists and nurture sequences.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing to amplify reach and engagement.

7️⃣ Measurement, Reporting & Optimization

• Track event performance, pipeline influence, and attendee engagement.
• Build dashboards and post‑event reports for GTM leadership.
• Continuously refine event strategy based on data and feedback.

🔹 Who You Are

• 3–7 years in B2B SaaS event marketing, field marketing, or ecosystem events.

• Hands‑on experience with AWS events, AWS field marketing, or AWS partner ecosystem engagements (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of SaaS GTM, cloud communities, or hyperscaler programs.
• Exceptional project management and vendor coordination skills.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment with high expectations.
• Obsessed with creating memorable, high‑quality event experiences.
