We are looking for a pipeline-driven Event Marketing Manager to join Coditas. In this role, you will own Coditas presence at a handful of strategic global forums and flagship events each year and ensure they directly translate into pre-booked meetings, SQL creation, and pipeline acceleration.
This is not a logistics position it is a strategic pipeline creation role. You will partner closely with Sales, SDRs, and Marketing to turn every event into a predictable growth engine, with measurable impact on opportunities and ACV contribution. At Coditas, events are not branding activities they are RevOps levers tied directly to revenue outcomes.

Event Selection & Alignment
Identify ICP-rich forums where Coditas presence accelerates deal conversations.
Define event-specific goals (MQLs, SQLs, ACV influenced) with Sales leadership
Build business cases that connect event investments directly to pipeline outcomes.
Pre-Event Preparation
Generate account-based prospect lists and outreach cadences for SDRs and AEs.
Run coordinated pre-event campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, SDR outreach) to secure meetings.
Deliver enablement kits (case studies, talk tracks, demo flows) tailored to event personas.
Ensure all attendee data is captured and synced to CRM in real time.
Equip booth staff and Sales with playbooks and demo frameworks for effective engagement.
Facilitate roundtables, panels, and 1:1 meetings with ICP executives.
Post-Event Follow-Up
Score, clean, and route leads to SDRs for immediate follow-up.
Launch structured post-event cadences (email, LinkedIn, SDR calls) to drive SQL conversion.
Deliver ROI reports mapping event leads to pipeline stages (MQL SQL Opp Win).
Playbooks & Continuous Improvement
Create and update playbooks for flagship, partner, and third-party events.
Document learning logs to refine event strategies and improve SQL conversion.
Maintain dashboards showing event-to-pipeline contributions for leadership reviews.
A results-driven event marketer who views events as pipeline assets, not branding moments.
Comfortable working closely with Sales and SDRs to drive meeting bookings and conversions.
Skilled at event operations with strong follow-up discipline and ROI focus.
Data-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated to prove impact with events.
9-15 years of experience in event marketing, demand generation, or ABM roles in IT services, consulting, or B2B tech.
Proven track record of running events that delivered SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ACV influence.
Hands-on expertise with CRM for lead capture and attribution.
Strong collaboration skills across Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and RevOps.
Experience building ROI-focused event strategies with measurable outcomes.
Experience managing events in international markets (North America).
Strong vendor and sponsorship negotiation capabilities.
