    B2B marketing environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret stakeholder requirements and translate briefs into actionable and comprehensive event plans.
  • Lead the end-to-end

    planning, coordination, and execution

    of events, ensuring delivery within defined

    timelines and budgets

    .
  • Manage

    internal and external resources

    , vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Collaborate with

    product, marketing, and business teams

    to conceptualize event themes, content, and collaterals aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain quality standards across all aspects of event management — from design and production to attendee engagement.
  • Partner with

    Digital Marketing, Inside Sales, and Tele calling

    teams to drive event promotions, registrations, and engagement.
  • Prepare and manage

    project timelines, checklists, and progress trackers

    , ensuring milestones are met.
  • Oversee

    budget planning and cost control

    , working closely with product marketing managers.
  • Contribute creative ideas for event experiences, formats, and innovations in collaboration with the

    Creative and Product Marketing

    teams.
  • Independently manage both

    domestic and international events
