🎥 What You Will Do

Show Recording & Production

• Own the end‑to‑end recording of The Jen GTM Show: Powered by AWS episodes
• Coordinate logistics for shoots (lighting, audio, framing, guest setup)
• Ensure smooth technical workflows and troubleshoot basic issues during recording

Editing & Post‑Production

• Edit full episodes into polished, professional content ready for release
• Create highlight reels, teaser clips, and short‑form content for LinkedIn and YouTube
• Add captions, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance viewer engagement

Social Media Content Creation

• Develop platform‑specific video assets for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, facebook and Twitter/X
• Write engaging captions and hooks tailored to each channel’s audience
• Repurpose content into reels, shorts, and snippets optimized for reach

Cross‑Platform Publishing & Analytics

• Use

  to streamline publishing and distribution across multiple social platforms
• Own the publishing schedule and ensure consistent release cadence
• Track performance metrics (views, engagement, shares) and report insights

Creative Storytelling & Asset Management

• Ensure all video assets align with SaaSNova’s brand identity and messaging
• Brainstorm innovative ways to amplify founder‑led storytelling through video
• Organize and maintain video libraries, ensuring files and metadata are properly tagged

Who You Are

• Graduate in (Media, Film, Communications, Marketing, or related field)
• Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a startup environment
• Basic proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel‑perfect edits
• Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and visual identity
• Based in or near Tambaram, Chennai
• Motivated to take ownership of projects and learn by doing

Work Environment

• 100% remote until our Tambaram office opens in March 2026
• Flexible working hours to accommodate college schedules
• Weekly check‑ins and direct mentorship from the founder
• Collaborative, creative, and supportive startup culture

What You Will Gain
