Key Responsibilities

1. Tender Preparation & Submission

Coordinate clarifications and responses to client queries during tendering.

2. BOQ Development & Cost Estimation

Maintain effective relationships with key suppliers for competitive pricing.

• Effectiveness of vendor rate database and pricing strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in

  Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

  .
• 4–8 years of experience in

  tendering, estimation, or QS

  for interiors/furniture projects.
• Proven track record in

  preparing BOQs and tender documents

  for medium to large-scale projects.
